Gross! Too much chicken hair still left on the wings And found a bug in my sauce. Lost my appetite.
Update: Thanks to Jason the owner for reaching out to me, very professional and understanding. He provided me with a refund and provide me with a complete new meal. Very much Appreciated! For that I gave this place two more stars -

The cashiers are usually pretty nice, but the wait time at this location is always horrendous, even if they aren't busy. I remember there was once instance where I waited an entire hour for my order, and I had only ordered one of their smaller combos.
It has also been really messy the last two times I've been inside. The tables are usually dirty and sticky, and they don't have napkins, but a single cheap brown paper towel roll that sometimes isn't even there.
The chicken itself is actually pretty good, but a little overpriced. When I do choose to get food here, I usually order and eat at home. The fries are at times burnt, or so hard that I have difficulty biting into it. -

Worst customer service ever. Waited about 40/50 minutes for a simple order. Tables were all full of trash nowhere to sit. If you want to spend your whole morning/afternoon waiting for food this is the place. This is one way to spend your whole day.

As a wing lover, wingstop is my go to stop any day of the week. This wingstop is the only one in Merced and so they are busy majority of the time however I've rarely ever had any issues with my wings being anything but good. Now it's not to say they don't make mistakes, they do from time to time however they do their best to correct them. Additionally, I've seen a fair amount of employees work as well as leave the establishment but overall the employees provide good customer service. Moving on, wings....I am a lemon pepper type of gal and those lemon pepper wings are just oh so yummy. This week alone, I think I've had wings 3 times lol. Me and wings equal LOVE.

Went in yesterday into a storm of screaming. The manager seems to spend more time yelling at his employees than checking if the chickens are plucked.
